I would get these cones instead -
http://www.minispares.com/Product.aspx? ... 124&title= they will be a little less hard than the "yellow spot" cones you posted. As you are fitting hilos, these will squash the cones anyway making them a bit harder.
In the kit you show, it includes the genuine hilo kit! I think this is a good choice, as it sits on the cone differently from the cheaper hilo. This makes the ride feel more like it should. I wish i had bought these instead of the cheaper ones!

Also your rubber cones at the rear, might actually be in good condition as they dont take the stress as the ones at the front (which carry the engine and driver/passenger weight).
You will also need a cone compressor tool to get the old cones out. You will also need lots of patience.
